    * Waking at 5am every. single. day. * Daily movement (1x 30 min workout of your choice - pilates, HIIT, yoga, stretching, running, boxing, walking, dancing - whatever makes you feel good.) * 50,000 steps a week * 3L water daily * Daily journaling and/or mediation (ideally both) * 1 sec video a day * 15-days make-up free

    Weekly workshops focused on self-growth, personal development and self-leadership. Through video training and downloadable workbooks, we'll go deep on personal goals and intentions, remove limiting beliefs, self-doubt and negative talk to frame a positive mindset. You'll reignite motivation and self purpose while learning how to navigate career decisions through guidance and mentorship, tap into intuitive thinking and understand the benefits of physical movement for overall health and wellbeing. After spending more than eight years dedicating her career to consumer PR and working for some of the world's biggest brands, including Airbnb, Uber, ING, Corona, Pantene, Olay, Coca-Cola and more, Kallie knew her career in PR was no longer fulfilling her. After major life events including the loss of a close family member and stepping into motherhood, Kallie intuitively knew it was time to shift her focus onto self discovery, family and seeking her purpose. During maternity leave of her son, Van, Kallie launched her new business, FADE - a minimalist athleisure brand aimed at building seasonless wardrobes and empowering women into self-confidence through fading the weight of other people's judgements and expectations. It is through this journey of self-discovery she spent years riding the emotional ebbs and flows of motherhood, launching multiple businesses with her partner Kurt, whilst also feeling a loss of self-identity, lack of motivation and the uncertainty that comes with finding your 'purpose'. Following the birth of her daughter Taji in 2021, Kallie made a commitment to priortise self-leadership and to focus on her own self-growth, personal development and trusting her intuition. It is here, the inspiration for FOR YOU. was created - a 50-day self development course based on Kallie's journey of navigating life changing transitions in her personal life and career to help empower women to rediscover themselves again and step into the best versions of themselves.
